United Panel Corporation furnishes, fabricates and installs high quality exterior metal wall systems. Our fabrication facility has produced well over a million square feet of installation-ready aluminum composite material. Here is how it works:
- Our engineering department generates submittal drawings on AutoCAD.
- After incorporating the Architect's revisions into our AutoCAD files, we take field dimensions to include necessary changes due to field conditions.
- Using the corrected submittals and field dimensions, we create a panel fabrication ticket for every individual panel needed to complete the job.
 Our shop personnel lays a flat panel on our AXYZ machine. The AXYZ machine then reads the panel fabrication ticket to cut each panel to your precise specifications, using a separate tool for perimeter cuts, v-grooves, and miter cuts. While being cut, the panel is held in place with vacuum pressure to prevent damage to the face of the panel. A factory-applied peel-off coat provides additional protection to the face of each the panel.
- Our shop personnel completes each panel by applying our own custom extrusions.
- When the panels are complete, they are delivered to your site and installed by one of our experienced installation crews.
